Infant (under 2 years of age at the time of travel): 100,000 VND per infant (Infant must be sat on an accompanied adult’s lap and is not permitted for a separate seat in the cabin.)
(*) For Bamboo Business, Flight date / time change is applied:
- Free of charge + fare difference if any upon your request before 3 hours from commencing flight departure time.
- A fee of 250,000 VND (excluded VAT) + fare difference if any upon your request within 3 hours after commencing flight departure time.
Notes:
- Late check-in or late coming passengers: within 30 minutes upon the time of closed check-in counter, you can travel on the next flight (available seats) within 48 hours from the previous flight with a penalty of 250,000 VND / pax / segment (excluded VAT) for Bamboo business; 500,000 VND / pax / segment (excluded VAT) for Bamboo Plus.
- Conditions for refund and cancellation: you should fill the refund form information such as reservation code, flight itinerary, full name, flight date… and send email to booking@taubay.vn from your registered email during booking process or contact the nearest Bamboo Airways branches, ticket offices for assistance.
